2. After Him, Meeran Shah appear in this world who will be the friend of the conqueror Taimur Shah.
3. When he passes away from this world, and then will appear the King of Humans and Jinns (Sultan Abu     Saeed Mirza)
4. After Him, Umer Sheikh will be the King and he'll be a claimer and a very Kind person.
5. After that, Umer Bin Sheikh will be the owner of this land and he'll indulge into a lot of riches and luxuries.

6. After him shall come The King Babar who will be the king of Kabul, later he will appear in Delhi as a ruler of India.
7. After Sikandar [Lodhi], till the time of Ibrahim Shah (King), Behold there will be unrest and discord in his Kingdom.
8. Then the God will appoint Humayun as the King of India but meanwhile an Afghan will appear.

9. Then God will grant kingdom to Humayun. Then will happen an incident in Humayun's life. Meanwhile an Afghan will appear. Afghan's name shall be Sher Shah. Humayun will run to the land of Iran, to the bloodline of the prophet so that they can honor humayun. The Iranian King will help Humayun so that Humayun can be honored as a King. By the time Humayun will attack India again, SherShah will be dead and his son will be ruling the land.
10. So Humayun will conquer India. Then will come Akbar as the King of the land.
11. Then Jahangir shall be the King. He will sit on the Throne like the bright sun.
12. When He will leave the world, Shah jahan, The second Conqueror will appear.
13. Will rule for less than 40 years and his son will sit on the throne in front of his eyes.
14. There will be unrest and discord in his time and the country will be in bad conditions. Availability of Food will be surprising.
15. When the world will be like this, the people will be extremely worried. The Jupiter will be like a flame thrower
16. He will rule for 20 years till the youngest of his sons will appear.
17. His powerful voice will fill the world. He will take care of the people.

18. Then the God will show his decision. Know that his name will be Muazam(Bahadur Shah Muazam ruled from 1707-1712.). He will appear on the scene.
19. During his time, the people will be united, peace shall be everywhere. He will be like an ointment to the wounds of the land.
20. He will rule for few years then pass away. His son will become King.

21. With his arrival, there will come balance. Unhappiness and jealousy will fade away. There will be happiness everywhere.
22. Then will come an extremely powerful king called Muhammad(Muhammad Shah ruled India from 1719-1740)will come to India and become ruler.
23. The time of Muhammad's Kingship is 21 years. Then will come a ruler of the rulers.
24. Nadir Shah will occupy the Throne of India by force. Mass killings of Delhi's population will occur.

26. Then will come mighty Ahmad the King. He will rule India and people will obey his orders.

28. His name would be NANAK. Populace will give attention to him. This powerful Fakir [seer] will become famous.
29. He will be famous in Punjab and Sikh nation will be among his followers. He will be the spiritual leader of this nation.
30. The Sikh Nation will be cruel towards Muslims and this cruelty and innovation will appear in 40 years.

31. Then The Christians [English] will occupy India. Their order will be obeyed there for about 100 years.
32. When the cruelty and one-sidedness will reach its highest point, the Christians will harm the religion.
33. The Christians [English] will be involved in a war with Germany. The sign of destruction and chaos will appear.
 34. The Christians (England) will win the war against Germany but the war will weaken their system of rule.

35. The Christians will leave the India but before doing so, they will sow the life-taking discord among the populace.
36. India will be divided into two countries and for this reason the blood of humans will run. Destruction and anarchy will rule beyond imagination.

40. Their own land will become narrow for them. Destruction and anarchy will become their destiny.
41. After their destruction. Allah will send blessings, victory and help from neighbors.
42. An army of Mongols  will come from North to help. Iran and Turkey will help too

43. This help will appear after the Pilgrimage. When Allah will send the divine help from unknown.
44. Divine help will turn the defeat into a victory. I am seeing all this with deep understanding. That Muslims will be the victor and successful.
45. When these predictions were made, it was the year 570 Hijra. So the God wills and will appear in the same manner.

46. When the cruelty and crime will be spread in his era, there will come a King of the west. He will be the real good administrator.



47. This Sword of the Lion of Ali (Sher-e-Ali or Sher-Ali) will wipe off the deniers. He will be the supporter of the religion of Muhammad S.A.W. He will be the protector of the country.
48. There will be a great war in between him and the other. No doubt a large population will be killed.
49. The King of the western Part will be the victor on the basis of his weaponry. The defeat of the denier nation will be beyond anyone's imagination.(31)
50. Islam will rule in India for 40 Years, then will come the anti-Christ [Dajjal] from the city of Asfahan.
51. Listen Carefully, I explain to you that to destroy this anti-Christ [Dajjal] Isa (Yesu / Jesus) will come and Imam [leader] of Last Era, Mahdi, will appear.

87. The companions of this highly honored one shall be owners of crown [or living like Kings], I See.
88. The kings of all? realms will reach the heights of their rise, I see.

90. His White hand with Brightness and in it a Sword, I See.
91. Fragrance coming out of the gardens of Prophet's way, I smell, the flower of the religion in bloom, I See.
92. 0 my Brother, this Rider's rule for 40 years, I see.
93. Disobedient people embarrassed and ashamed, in front of this pious Imam [leader], I see
94. He will be the "Ghazi", keeper of friendships, and destroyer of the enemies. The kind, friendly and humane, I see.
95. Beauty of the Way of the prophet and spread of Islam, strong and stable, I See.
96. The treasures of the Persian Kings and the Wealth of Alexander, being consumed in good works, I see.

Islamic Dress Code -- Why Does She Dress Like That?

Here is an inspiring experience of a converted woman about dress code.

So many people see a Muslim woman dressed in head to toe and think, "Oppressed! He's forcing her to dress like that." "He" refers, of course, to her dictator of a husband. After all, no woman would shun mini skirts, tank tops, and shorts of her own free will. No thinking woman would wear long sleeves and pants in the heat of summer. If a woman is dressed like that she is obviously either brainwashed or beaten. Right?
Wrong. I am an American, born and raised in a free country. Growing up, I was encouraged to wear make-up and dress provocatively. I was always told, "If you've got it, flaunt it." So, I flaunted it.
Then, I grew up and starting questioning life, religion, and morals. Though my husband introduced me to Islam and Muslims, he didn't force me to accept either. I became a Muslim on my own accord. I chose to dress conservatively.

Qur'an Advises ModestyIf you ask a Muslim woman why she dresses the way she does, the answer will often be, "Because Allah told me to." She isn't trying to be flip; she's trying to follow her religion. The Koran advises men and women to "lower your gaze and guard your modesty." Both men and women are given explicit instructions about the parts of the body that should be covered in mixed company. The way they interpret those instructions varies greatly. Some women wear a heavy cloak-like garment that only reveals their eyes (niqab). Other women wear tent-like coverings over their clothes and a scarf (hijab) on their heads. Still others wear the hijab over conservative Western wear. For me, conservative looks like this:



Long sleeve shirts extending at least to mid-thigh.
Long, loose pants.
Long, loose skirts extending to the ankle.
Long, loose dresses extending to the ankle.
No low necklines.
No see-through materials.
No clingy materials.
Little to no make-up.
Neatly groomed hair.There are Muslims who would say that my dress is not conservative enough. Many would say that my hair should be covered. Some say that pants are forbidden (haram) for a Muslim woman. I feel that my clothes conceal my figure and that they do meet the requirements. Now, I am not a scholar and I am not trying to issue a religious ruling (fatwa). If I am wrong, may Allah forgive me and guide me.
Modern Reasons for ModestyAlthough many Muslim women simply accept the rules at face value, I am a bit more hard-headed than a born Muslim. I have already changed my religion before-- I don't accept things blindly. So, I look to more real-life, modern reasons for the things I do. Here are some reasons to dress conservatively:



People look at you, not your breasts, bottom, or legs.
People judge you based on your opinions or personality, not your shape.
Men do not usually hit on a conservatively dressed woman.
People actually listen when you speak.
Most people treat you with respect.
You save your sensuality and beauty for the one who truly matters -- your husband.There are also benefits for the family and for society. I will address those in another blog.
The next time you see a covered woman, try to think of her in a new way. Avoid the temptation to assume that she is oppressed by a tyrannical religion. Consider the possibility that she is an intelligent, thinking woman who has made a conscious decision to dress like that.

Along the graveyard as I walk
Trying to hear what cannot be heard

The smell of death in the yard as I smell

For I will give a try, a try to make you feel what a feeling today made me felt

This is out of any language know, out of anything you know and out of anything you had known

Today I walked along the way, the way to nothingness, the way of none meaning

And while getting through the minds busy catching the green paper I felt and saw darkness covered by glittering light, light that grabbed peoples heart, people who don’t know the road, road they plying on. Forgetting the signs showed to the people of old. Yet the thirst not quenching.

I saw the hollowness and every glitter grew pale and the light, the serene and absolute one rose up in my soul and made me see the truth, the truth that hides behind the markets, the truth that lies beneath the palaces of gold, the truth that hovers around the sparkling coins, the truth that you make flat with the wheels of the cart, the truth that is inside everything known.

But never do you get the clock to see the truth, for your hours are spend walking hand in hand along the lane making adultery with hands and eyes, with nose and ears and in the progress sooting your soul black.

You can’t see the truth till you make the will, the will of following the beloved (saw). For that will you will have to cover your hollow body, body of clay and water with shivering souls, the shivering souls that know your fate, the fate that can be changed by prostrating yourself before HIM, for HIS case HE is Almighty ready to forgive and waiting for you, waiting for you to see the truth, the truth that is behind you

And go to the graves, the graves that speak so loud, the speak they make makes us know to go there with empty hands.

But this world, the world that will come to you after every second offering you to buy the glitters, the glitters that I saw were dark and hollow.

So call your mind, the mind that will give a thought, a thought that will, that will take you out, out there where this world will remain a baffled thing. So give it a thought for what you do, for what you have had done and for what you will do.

And I tried, I tried in the language known and leave it to the search for the truth.

Here is a story from "Apocalypto"

And a Man sat alone.
Drenched deep in sadness.
And all the animals drew near him and said:
"We do not like to see you so sad..."
"Ask us for whatever you wish and you shall have it."
The Man said: "I want to have good sight."
The vulture replied: "You shall have mine."
The man said:"I want to be strong."
The Jaguar said:"You shall be strong like me."
Then the Man said: "I long to know the secret of the earth."
The serpent replied: " I will show them to you."
And so it went with all the animals.
And when the Man had all the gifts that they could give...
...he left.

Then the owl said to the other animals:
"Now the Man knows much and is able to do many things...
"Suddenly I am afraid."
The deer said:"The Man has all that he needs."
"Now his sadness will stop."
But the owl replied"No."
"I saw a hole in the Man..."

"It is what makes him sad and what makes him want."

May Allah Bless Us All!

Our Lord, Allah is very merciful and Forgiving and He has created different systems which He offers to his creation, the mankind, so that they repent, repent for their sins and wrong deeds. Its we who are so much capsized in this world that we even ignore and postpone this thing. A system of this kind is the Holy month of Ramadan which is I should say greatest opportunity provided by Him so that we may repent. While we enter this Holy month every year we should pray to Allah that “Praise be To Allah who kept sustaining our Life and provided us a chance to repent for our sins” We should thank him and fast the month of Ramadan with great devour and sincerity. Its not only that we will be only keeping our tummy empty and our tongue dry and at the end will we say, “O I have fasted the whole month without looking at food and drinks.” No, its not only food. The things that kept us away from the holiness of our religion and had darkened our souls and eaten up our minds, We have restrain from these things. In fact each and every part of the body has to observe fast and this thing should be echoing in our hearts that we have committed many sins and May Allah Forgive for that what we have done either in ignorance or in senses. We have to refrain from evil activities and purify our soul from evil dirt. We have to check over what we see, what we hear, what we speak and what we feel. Otherwise only remaining thirsty and hungry will obviously turn out to be futile.

According to a Hadith:

Narrated Abu Hurayrah, Allah's Messenger(SAW) said, "Many a one who fasts obtains nothing from his fasting but thirst, and many a one who prays during the night obtains nothing from his night prayers but wakefulness."                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                 (Hadith-Al-Tirmidhi#1989)

Now lets begin the talk on this Holy month in which Allah, The exalted showers his mercy on mankind. Ramadan, the ninth month of Islamic calendar is the holiest month of the year in which the holy Qur’an was revealed to the Last Prophet of Allah (SAW), During this month Muslims from all continents unite in a period of fasting and spiritual reflection. The annual fast of this Holy month is considered as one of the five pillars of Islam.

According to Glorious Qur’an,

O ye who believe! Fasting is prescribed for you, even it was prescribed to those before you, that ye may ward off evil. (2:183)

All of you might have heard this verse hundred times but its importance lies in the ending where Allah describes it. It is the month which centrifuges you from the evil with holiness, sacredness, piousness spread through the air.

Narrated Abu Hurayrah, Allah's Messenger(SAW) said, "Ramadan, a blessed month, has come to you during which Allah has made it obligatory for you to fast. In it the gates of Heaven are opened, the gates of al-Jahim are locked, and the rebellious devils are chained. In it Allah has a night which is better than a thousand months. He who is deprived of its good has indeed suffered deprivation."                                                                              (Al-Tirmidhi#1962)

Allah is does not want his creation to fast the month of Ramadan at any cost or in any condition, but He wants us to be in ease as the following verse of Quran declares,

The month of Ramadan in which was revealed the Qur'an, a guidance for mankind, and clear proofs of the guidance, and the criterion of right and wrong. And whosoever of you is present, let him fast the month, and whosoever of you is sick or on a journey, let him fast the same number of other days. Allah desireth for you ease; He desireth not hardship for you; and He desireth that ye should complete the period, and that ye should magnify Allah for having guided you, and that peradventure ye may be thankful. (2:185)


Those who are sick, pregnant or suffering from chronic health problems, they are not liable to fast. While many of the general fasting requirements are the same for everyone, it is best to consult one of the many detailed fiqh resources for specific rules and special circumstances. SOME BENEFITS OF RAMADAN

•  Through fasting, a Muslim experiences hunger and thirst, and sympathizes with those in the world who have little to eat every day.
• Through increased devotion, Muslims feel closer to their Creator, and recognize that everything we have in this life is a blessing from Him.
• Through increased charity, Muslims develop feelings of generosity and good-will toward others. The Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) once said, "A man's wealth is never diminished by charity."
• Through self-control, a Muslim practices good manners, good speech, and good habits.
• Through changing routines, Muslims have a chance to establish more healthy lifestyle habits -- particularly with regards to diet and smoking.
• Through family and community gatherings, Muslims strengthen the bonds of brotherhood and sisterhood, in their own communities and throughout the world.

Ramadan is a very special time for Muslims, but the feelings and lessons we experience should stay with us throughout the year. In the Qur'an, Muslims are commanded to fast so that they may "learn self-restraint" (Qur'an 2:183). This restraint and devotion is especially felt during Ramadan, but we all must strive to make the feelings and attitudes stay with us during our "normal" lives. That is the true goal and test of Ramadan.

May Allah accept our fasting, forgive our sins, and guide us all to the Straight Path. May Allah bless us all during Ramadan, and throughout the year, with His forgiveness, mercy, and peace, and bring us all closer to Him and to each other.

What Does Not Invalidate the Fast
Hadith - Sahih Bukhari, Vol. 3, Book 31, #154, Narrated Abu Hurayra
The Prophet(SAW) said, "If somebody eats or drinks forgetfully then he should complete his fast, for what he has eaten or drunk, has been given to him by Allah."  

Narrated 'Amir bin Rabi'a, "I saw the Prophet cleaning his teeth with Siwak while he was fasting so many times as I can't count." And narrated Abu Huraira, "The Prophet(SAW) said, 'But for my fear that it would be hard for my followers, I would have ordered them to clean their teeth with Siwak on every performance of ablution."  

The same is narrated by Jabir and Zaid bin Khalid from the Prophet who did not differentiate between a fasting and a non fasting person in this respect (using Siwak). Aisha said, "The Prophet(SAW) said, "It (i.e. Siwak) is a purification for the mouth and it is a way of seeking Allah's pleasures."


Breaking the Fast

 Allah's Messenger(SAW) said, that Allah Most High said, "Those     of my servants who are quickest in breaking their fast are dearest to me."
 

·         Hadith - Sahih Bukhari, Vol. 3, Book 31, Number 178, Narrated Sahl bin Sad

Allah's Apostle(SAW) said, "The people will remain on the right path as long as they hasten the breaking of the fast."
 

·         Hadith - Sahih Bukhari, Vol. 3, Book 31, Number 182, Narrated Anas

The Prophet(SAW) said, "Do not practice Al-Wisal (fasting continuously without breaking one's fast in the evening or eating before the following dawn)." The people said to the Prophet, "But you practice Al-Wisal?" The Prophet(SAW) replied, "I am not like any of you, for I am given food and drink (by Allah) during the night."

The Night of Power-Leyla al-Qadr

During the last ten days of Ramadan, Muslims seek and observe the Night of Power (Leyla al-Qadr). The Qur'an describes this night in a chapter named for it:

Al-Qadr (The Night of Power)
In the Name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful
We have indeed revealed this message in the Night of Power.
And what will explain what the Night of Power is?
The Night of Power is better than a thousand months.
Therein come down the angels and the spirit, by Allah's permission, on every errand.
Peace! Until the rising of the morn!

The Night of Power is the night that in which the first revelation of the Qur'an was sent down to the Prophet Muhammad(SAW). Muslims are instructed to "seek" the Night of Power during the last ten days of Ramadan, particularly on the odd nights (i.e. the 23rd, 25th and 27th). It is reported that the Prophet (SAW)said: "Whoever stays up (in prayer and remembrance of Allah) on the Night of Qadr, fully believing (in Allah's promise of reward) and hoping to seek reward, he shall be forgiven for his past sins." (Bukhari & Muslim)

Taraweeh
Muslims worldwide spend the last ten nights of Ramadan in solid devotion, retreating to the mosque to read Qur'an (i'tikaf), reciting special supplications (du'a), and reflecting on the meaning of Allah's message to us. It is believed to be a time of intense spirituality, when the believers are surrounded by angels, the gates of heaven are open, and God's blessings and mercy are abundant.
When the month of Ramadan begins, Muslims enter into a period of discipline and worship:  fasting during the day, and praying throughout the day and night.  During Ramadan, special evening prayers are conducted during which long portions of the Qur'an are recited.  These special prayers are known as taraweeh.
The word taraweeh comes from an Arabic word which means to rest and relax.  The prayer can be very long (well over an hour), during which one stands upright to read from the Qur'an and performs many cycles of movement (standing, bowing, prostrating, sitting).  After each four cycles, one sits for a brief period of rest before continuing -- this is where the name taraweeh ("rest prayer") comes from.
During the standing portions of the prayer, long sections of the Qur'an are read.  The Qur'an is divided into equal parts (called juz) for the purpose of reading sections of equal length during each of the Ramadan nights.  Thus, 1/30 of the Qur'an is read on successive evenings, so that by the end of the month the entire Qur'an has been completed.
It is recommended that Muslims attend the taraweeh prayers in the mosque (after 'isha, the last evening prayer), to pray in congregation.  This is true for both men and women.  However, one may also perform the prayers individually at home. These prayers are voluntary, but are strongly recommended and widely practiced.

Dates
Dates, my favorite fruit, well I don’t don’t know whether you like it or not but there is some thing special about this fruit in the special month of Holy Ramadan. Lets check it out.
Dates are a staple fruit of the Middle East having been in cultivation for thousands of years. Traditionally, dates are known as the food Muhammad ate when he broke from his fast.

During the period of Ramadan, when fasting lasts from sunrise to sunset, the body can develop mild health problems such as headaches, low blood sugar, and lethargy. To avoid such problems, one should carefully monitor their eating habits once fasting for the day has ended. Dates are an excellent source of fiber, sugar, magnesium, potassium, and have carbohydrates which will aid the body in maintaining health. The carbohydrates found in dates also make the fruit a slower digesting food, much better than fried or fatty foods which digest fast and leave one hungry for more!

The whole month of Ramadan is a time of renewal. As the month winds to a close, we must pray that the spirit of Ramadan, and the lessons learned during it, last for all of us throughout the year!
May Allah bless us all and forgive our sins in this holy month and strengthen our faith so that we may not repeat them.

Asalamualaikum, brothers and sisters. Welcome Back. This is a separate page dedicated to the concept of MUSIC in islam, One of the most Challenging Topic to discuss. We will discuss this in the light of Holy Qura’an and Hadith and I hope Insha Allah  the readers will be convinced after reading this and all sorts of doubts will be cleared with HIS mighty grace. Yesterday, I did a kind of experiment involving the effect of music on our mind. I got a bollywood song from my friend and I listened to it. While listening I felt like lost in this material world. I felt as if my soul was capsized by temptation and passion. A kind of Romantic feeling sprouted in me and I came close to this earthly pleasures and Thus Satan engulfed me.

After some time I came in my senses and repented before The Forgiving Allah and restored my inner peace.

So this was my experience. Lets say what my Friends Say about the the status of Music in their Life. 

Ø  “MUSIC is an inspiration for my dancing and helps me to relax.”

Ø  “MUSIC is enjoyment + Time Pass.”

Ø  “MUSIC is a source of freshness for me.”

Ø  “MUSIC for me is Peace of mind, door to infinite possibilities.”

Ø  “A way to forget all my problems and just sway to the beats of the MUSIC.”  

Ø  “MUSIC for me is a path to temporary unconsciousness with soothing effect.”  

Ø  “MUSIC for me is Peace of mind, door to infinite possibilities.”

Ø  “MUSIC is something that soothes my mind from any damn worry.”

Ø  “MUSIC is a part of my life.”

Ø  “MUSIC is time pass.”

So what can we conclude from the above statements is that MUSIC has made its place in every heart and has become a source of enjoyment, rejoice and freshness. But, the question is “IS MUSIC PROHIBITED IN ISLAM OR NOT?”. Our religion has an exceptionally good view in any case, in discovering the hidden dangers which might be inherent in the sweetest and most pleasurable things. So, let the GAME begin……

Firstly, music is a useless thing and the benefit and pleasure taken from music involves a meaning of deep slavery in passion.

We have also seen many artists whom we most of the times consider as our idols. You should not take seriously the applause and respect and perhaps requests given to the famous of these kinds of artists. Those who pay respects and make requests do not mind doing so, since they do it, in a way, taking away a crumb of honor from the artist, by hiding this loss from him. Likewise, a lot of respect is usually paid to some ladies in order to take sexual advantage of them.
From such an entertainment point of view, it shows a quite strange mentality of some parents who are proud of having taught their daughters how to play an instrument. It is also strange to see some people wishing to marry a girl with musical training, in an attempt to imitate Western civilization which, they think, gives the
utmost importance to the respect of woman.

During listening to MUSIC, people do no good for the humanity. They blindly make their pockets flow. And, in return for the money, what do these people get? Nothing! Consider this: Suppose a shoemaker sells you a shoe. And you wear it and walk to your shop. Let us say you sell books in your shop. You both make a profit and help knowledge and science spread in your country. This way you would serve in a chain of benefits in the society by making other people too to benefit, such as those who print or write books, and the manufacturers of paper or the cotton farmers and on the other hand, there are the craftsmen who process leather for shoes and the farmers who raise animals to provide leather. When it comes to MUSIC, although those who manufacture instruments and those who offer their skills for your hearing appreciation, by playing them certainly benefit, this chain of benefits ceases at you!( example taken from Islamnewsroom)

Now lets talk about the effects of MUSIC. As discussed earlier it plays with our mind and a sense of unconsciousness prevails in us. MUSIC can effect us in many ways: with music, a lonely person feels his loneliness more, an orphan feels more the loss of his parents, a patient feels more sorrowful of his situation, and an aged person feels sorrier that the most of his life has already gone. Yet again, with music, a lucky person with wealth and a high ranking position feels happy more than he usually is. In short, music paints the reality in darker colors by increasing the sorrow of the sorrowful and the happiness of the happy. And this way, the effect of music resembles that of alcohol, causing people to perceive the reality in a more stretched way than it really is. Above all of these, music has a tremendous effect in agitating the feelings of romance and love. That is why a banquet with music is usually accompanied with pretty women and alcoholic beverages. Therefore, the most intimate secrets of love are exposed first by poems, then, under the disguise of music, in a similar manner to some women making themselves more attractive under the disguise of the hijab. Or, the words that cannot be normally said by lovers can be uttered by means of music and poetry. That is why it is not considered rude, if a person who is too shy to say "I'm dying for her, I'm crazy for her" shouts the same words before others by music and poetry. Furthermore, I wonder how parents who would like to raise their daughters in modesty with wisdom allow them to sing the most intimate words of love, considering this a good quality for a girl despite the fact that it is shameful. Hah, what has MUSIC turned us into: immodest and shameful creatures. Although we haven’t touched references from the holy scriptures yet, it is quite understood what the concept of MUSIC is in our Glorious religion. Despite this I pass everyday by our so called Moulvis singing such nonsense things. I am not criticizing them, infact they are better than me, but the thing is that they have some responsibilities towards the religion.

Moreover, Muslims are aware that nothing has been prohibited by Allah except that which is harmful to the welfare of a individual and the society as a whole. The divine attribute behind the prohibition of music can be comprehended by looking into the diverse influence music can have as discussed above . 
Experiments carried out by doctors and professors have confirmed that the music of today is such that it does not only affect the brain, but also effects each and every organ of  the body. There is a close relationship between music and bodily movements. We find that people listening to music automatically start tapping their fingers and feet, as if the music is permeating in their blood. 
It is also proved that music affect`s one`s emotions, increases arousal in terms of alertness and excitement and also leads to various physiological changes in the person. In a psychology experiment, it was found that listening to moderate type of music increased one`s normal heart beat, whilst listening to rock music the heart beat increased even further, yet people claim that music has no effect. 
It is a very ignorant and misguided attitude to percieve music as a form of pleasure and passing of time, since the messages of today`s music follow a general theme of love, fornication, drugs and freedom.
Now lets take references from our Holy scriptures, The Qur’an and Hadith…

Verses Claimed To Indicate the Legality of Music

First Verse:

“And verily, We did favor some of the prophets over others, and to Dawood We gave the Psalms.” (4:163)
It is a common misconception of certain Muslims, especially those having a western background or living in the west-that Dawood (peace be upon him) composed the Psalms and sang them to the accompaniment of music.
There are even some commentators of English translations of the Qur’an who fall prey to the same error. For example, Abdullah Yusuf Ali comments on this verse saying, “The spiritual gifts, with which the prophets came, may themselves, take different forms according to the needs of the world and the times in which they lived, as judged by the wisdom of God. A striking example here given is the gift of song and music as given to David…
The fact is that the Psalms were not composed by Prophet Dawood (David), peace be upon him, but rather were revealed to him by Allah, the exalted, as is clearly stated in the Qur’an. Additionally - now where in the Qur’an or in the authentic traditions is there any support for this accompanying the Psalms with musical instruments?
In order to properly understand the true nature of the Psalms (az-Zaboor), one must look to some of the dependable Quranic commentaries (tafaseer). Ibn Kathir (Allah’s mercy be upon him), explains the meaning of the term Az-Zaboor saying: “Az-Zaboor is the name of the book revealed by Allah to Dawood (David), peace be upon him.
Al-Aloosi further confirms this saying, “Az-Zaboor is the name of the book sent down to Dawood (David), peace be upon him: it was revealed to him gradually, by installments.”Al-Aloosi adds to this description that, “the Zaboor also contained divine praises and glorification of Allah, Prophet Dawood’s captivating, melodious voice was exceedingly beautiful and effective. Whenever he recited the Zaboor, men, jinn, birds and wild animals gathered around him.”

Second Verse:

Some ignorant people claim that the following text regarding Prophet Ayoub (Job), peace be upon him, whom Allah tested with various trials and tribulations, permits music and dancing:
Allah, the exalted and mighty, commands his messenger, Muhammad, peace be upon him, in the Quran:
“And recall Our servant, Ayoub (Job), when he cried unto his Lord, ‘Verily, Satan has afflicted me with distress and suffering.’ It was said unto him, ‘Strike the ground with your foot; here is a spring for a cool bath and water to drink.” (38:41-42)
In these verses Allah, the glorious and exalted, directs His Prophet, Ayoub (Job), peace be upon him, to strike his foot upon the ground, whereupon a spring came forth. He bathed in its cool, soothing water which healed the disease afflicting the outer surface of his body. He also drank from the spring which removed the illness that afflicted his innermost body.
Regarding this verse, Al-Qurtubi mentions in his tafsir that certain ignorant ascetics and common Sufis have sought proof for the permissibility of dancing in Allah’s Saying to Ayoub , “Strike the ground with your foot” accompaniment of certain ritual formulas (adhkaar) and musical instruments a form of worship (ibadah) which brings one closer to Allah. Of course, such things are none other than bidah (blameworthy innovations and misguidance in deen). He relates the reply of some scholars to such baseless claims.
Ibn Aqeel gives a further rebuttal by questioning, “How is the proof of the legality of dancing deduced from the simple fact that an afflicted person is ordered as a means of miraculous healing to strike the earth with his foot in order to cause water to spring forth?” (if this were so, then), “It would also be right to interpret Allah’s saying to Musa, “Strike the stone with your staff” as a proof for the legality of striking (rhythmically) upon (stuffed) cushions with sticks! We seek refuge in Allah from such fraudulent playing with the Shariah.”
Obviously, one could make endless far-fetched analogies between certain verses of the Quran and various, false preconceived notions which one might hope to substantiate. May Allah protect us from such evil manipulation of the divinely-revealed law.

Quranic Verses in Favour of prohibition of Music:

The First Verse:
In Surah Luqmaan. Allah, the exalted says:

“And there are among men those who purIhase “lahwal hadeeth” idle talk in order to mislead others from Allah’s path without knowledge, and who throw ridicule upon it. For such there will be a humiliating punishment.”(31:6)
Interpreters of the Qur`an have defined the term `lahwal hadith` which is mentioned in the Qur`an as: 
 1) Singing and listening to songs. 
 2) Purchasing of male and female singers. 
 3) Purchase of instruments of fun and amusement. 
When Sayyidana Abdullah Ibne Mas`ood , a very close companion of our Prophet (SAW) was asked about the meaning of the term `lahwal hadith`, he replied 

“I swear by Him besides whom there is no other God,that it refers to ghinaa (singing).”

This statement, he repeated three times. This view is unanimously supported by the four Khalifas, the eminent Sahabaah, Tabi`een, the four Imaams and other reliable Islaamic scholars and authorities. 
NOTE: Music, singing, etc.(since they occupy peoples attention and distract them from Allah’s worship and remembrance and invite to His disobedience), no doubt fall under the general censure, blame and rebuke cast upon those who fall into this category.
However, this verse is not itself an explicit, unequivocal proof for the prohibition of music, singing, etc. Rather, its prohibition is conditional and incidental as stated above.

The Second Verse 

Another verse alleged to be proof of the illegality of music, singing, etc. is mentioned in Surah Al-Israa (chapter 17) as follows:
After Iblees (Satan) refuses to bow before Adam as ordered, he requests that Allah grant him respite until the day of resurrection, so that he may misguide all but a few of the descendants of Adam (peace be upon him).                                                   Allah, the Glorious and exalted, addresses Satan thus,
“And excite any of them whom you can with your voice. Assault them with your cavalry and infantry, be a partner with them in their wealth and children, and make them promises. But Satan promises them nothing except deceit.”(17:61-64)
It is related that some of the commentators from the generation of the taabieen, such as Mujahid and Dahhaak interpreted Satan’s exciting mankind with his voice to mean through the use of music, song and amusement.
Ad-Dahhaak said it was the sound of wind instruments.
However, according to Ibn Abbas, the voice mentioned in the verse refers to every form of invitation which calls to disobedience to Allah, the Exalted.
After mentioning the various interpretations of the commentators, At-Tabari says, “The most correct of these views expresses that verily, Allah, the blessed and Exalted, said to Iblees, “Excite whosoever of Adam's progeny you can with your voice” and he did not specify any particular type of voice.
Thus, every voice which is not an invitation to Allah’s worship and to his obedience is included in the meaning of Satan’s 'voice which is referred to in the Quranic verse.
In conclusion, this verse, like the preceding one, is too general in its meaning , and is not by itself an explicit and unequivocal proof of the prohibition of music and singing , except in the case that such singing and music invites or leads to disobedience to Allah.
As earlier described this is a very complex issue and requires additional source to make the concept clear, This source is none other than the authentic sunnah Allah’s Messenger, peace be upon him.

The Prophet, peace be upon him said,
“There will be (at some future time) people from my ummah (community of Muslims) who will seek to make lawful: fornication, the wearing of silk, wine-drinking and the use of musical instruments (ma'azif). Some people will stay at the side of the mountain and when their shepherd comes in the evening to ask them for his needs, they will say, 'Return to us tomorrow ‘Then Allah will destroy them during the night by causing the mountain to fall upon them, while He changes others into apes and swine. They will remain in such a state until the Day of Resurrection.” (hadeeth #494B in Vol. 6, Sahih Al-Bukhari)

In order to convey some of the divine wisdom behind prohibition, it is useful to quote a few excerpts from the writings of the authoritative scholar, Ibnul Qayyim, who has dealt with this subject extensively. In the section which exposes Satan’s deception of those who persist in their dancing, singing and listening to music, he says:

“From among the artful machinations and entrapments of Allah’s enemy (Satan), with which he has snared those possessing little good sense, knowledge and deen (faith), and by which he has stalked the hearts of the false and ignorant people, there is the listening to whistling, wailing, hand clapping and song to the accompaniment of forbidden (musical) instruments.
Such things block the Quran from Peoples Hearts and make them devoted to sin and disobedience. For song (to musical accompaniment) is the Quran of Ash-Shaytan (Satan). It is a dense veil and barrier, preventing nearness to Ar-Rahman! (Allah).
By way of such song, Satan deceives vain souls, making it appear pleasing to them through his cunning appeal to their vanities. He insidiously whispers false, specious arguments suggesting the 'goodness' in song. These arguments are accepted, and as a result, the Quran becomes an object of neglect and abandonment.”

So, I think it must be clear now.

Perhaps if there are some people who still are in a dilemma and have ever increasing doubts, Here is a Hadith:
On the Authority of Al-Numan bin Basheer, who said : I heard the messenger of Allah say: “That which is lawful is plain and that which is unlawful is plain and between the two of them are doubtful matters about which not many people know. Thus he who avoids doubtful matters clears himself in regard to his religion and his honor, but he who falls into doubtful matters, falls into that which is unlawful, like the shepherds who pastures around a sanctuary, all but grazing therein. Truly every king has a sanctuary, and truly Allah’s sanctuary is His prohibitions. Truly in the body there is a morsel of flesh which, if it be whole, all the body is whole and which , if it be diseased, all of it is diseased. Truly it is the heart. (Bukhari and Muslim)
